Good Afternoon Larry,

I have a sample of the finished Qtr. Silver Birch veneer I would like to send to you for signature approval. We require a signature on the physical sample to retain in our records in addition to the signed proposal. Once I have received the signed sample the order will be placed for the veneer. Can you please tell me what address I should send it to for arrival on Monday?

Heather from Gulfstream Design center has the Silver Burch wood Veneer sample she needs to Fedex for your approval. She wanted to Fedex for Monday delivery, but unsure how reliable International Fedex to France is? Gulfstream requires a signature on the physical wood sample before they will place the order.

Which location do you think is best to Fedex?
NY? LSJ?
