The lawyer for the personal representative called me-this evening. He told me that there had previously been an accounting of t=e estate and that he would be send me the relevant documents on Mond=y. From his perspective it is time to finalize this matter and he had been relying on Duane Morris in New York. =e said that by entering an appearance that I had "lit a firet=9D under New Jersey counsel to produce what they are supposed to produce. =e said that he was not involved in any of the negotiations but that he understood that it was very close to being finalized.

Hopefully when Philip calls tomorrow I will have a c=earer understanding of where things stand. If they have already accounted=we may have to chart a different course.

Just an update. Looks like Palm Beach new lawyer=Jim George is "on the case" and Martin O'Connor and Jim Geor=e continue to be appalled with idiot Phil Michaels.
