David, This email is to confirm our intent to provid= funding in the minimum amount of $2.5MM to Life Hotel Pref LLC. We =ill endeavor to agree to terms as depicted in the term sheet provided by A=cade Capital, however those terms may change upon recommendations made by our investment committee. Since =e are working on very short notice we will fast track this request and pro=ide a final determination of our interest on or before October 19th, 2017.

For the record our relationship over the past 20 yea=s or so will go a long way to a quick approval.

At this time we have all the information we require =o complete our underwriting.

I cant imagine how stressful this is for y=u. sorry. not sure how you are paying your personal oper=ting. ? talked steve down from a tirade. he also has no idea about n=mbers to complete , payables etc. I was unclear on the status of the inter=st reserve and its obligation. . i saw the loan doc amendment =C2 had liquidity requrements. not sure what they mean.
