Unfortunately our flights and hotel are kind o= locked in.

Yeah, the hotel=is non-refundable - but not a big deal in terms of cost - it's just tw= rooms.

If next weekend works better for you - I can wo=k to reschedule. (I had planned some other meetings in Florida=around our's but can move those).

If we do lo=k to do next weekend would it be Palm Beach or NY? I'll g=t someone on my team looking at moving things around.
