It was really lovely to meet you today.

After our conversation I went=and caught up with Paula Ellis (CG Assistant Shop Manager) and Sofia Arrie=a in HR to make a plan going forward. I have also since updated the CG Sho= Manager Sergei, whom you didn't meet — however will tomor=ow.

As mentioned at thi= stage we do not have a specific role in mind — however we are alw=ys keen to welcome those who understand the brand and who wish to be part =f the Petersham team.

I know you are eager to work more amongst our marketing/ events depart=ent — however at this time we do not have a paid position with the=. This may change when our current 'Marketing Trainee' Alf=edo goes back to uni at the end of the year.

Francesco however mentioned today, that he is keen f=r you to get to know us by joining the shop team in Covent Garden. Helpful=y, they are looking for seasonal sales staff to assist up to the end of De=ember as we move to our peak Christmas season.

I have thought over all we discussed today and woul= like to run the following proposal by you — which is a compromise=over what we can offer and what you possibly want to get involved with. =AO

From now until end o= the December we can offer 3 paid days/shifts in the CG shop. This would b= paid
at an hourly rate of £8.50 and I would put you in touch with Se=gei the Shop Manager to coordinate your rota – I believe
they offe= an three different shift patterns:

Early Shift =.30am – 5.30pm

Medium Shift 11am =80 7pm

Late Shift 12.30pm - 8.30pm =C2 =C2 =A0 =C2 =A0 =C2 =A0

For the other two days per week, we could offer an internship type ro=e (covering travel expenses/ offering lunch etc) — whereby you wou=d spend time either with the buying and merchandising team (coordinated th=ough our Head of Buying Tara) or within marketing/ events (Contact Marketi=g Manager Paula). This would be a great opportunity to shadow the current =eams, understand what they do and get involved in different elements. In s=ort, after the first month we would be able to assess how you are getting =n and which team you are thriving in — then by end of the year dis=uss a position going forward.

Whilst I will be at Richmond tomorrow, I will be on my mobile ME) if you wi=h to discuss. In the meantime, I have briefed Sergei that you will join hi= in the shop tomorrow for the 'medium' shift, so from 12.3=pm onwards. This will also give you an opportunity to help set up and supp=rt the Cook for Syria Charitable dinner in the evening. </=>
