Jerusalem tomorrow

Dear friends,

Tomorrow we finally open the 2013-14 season at the Jerusalem Symphony, under the presence of His Highness the Prince of Denmark.

Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the rescue by the Danish people of the Jewish community. Actually the reason my first name is Frederic, like the Prince, since my mother was rescued by a Danish family!

We play Nielsen 'Helios', Mahler "Fahrenden Gesellen" with ex-Santa Fe apprentice Jonathan Mitchie, and Berlioz Fantastique,
