As we discussed, please find attached a first draft of a summary of our =und. There were too many meetings with Bill so I was slightly slower.

On the third page there is a list of people/friends that I already conne=ted and a list of people I am planning to reach out. Please send me your =ist as well.
I also have additional 3rd tier of people to reach out if needed.

Please let me know if this matches your vision.

I am free to discuss any time this weekend or early next week.

Of course everything (name, structure, $, fees, strategy) is open for di=cussion and we should be on the same page. As soon as we agree, I will st=rt working on a PPM.

I am sure you are as swamped as I am. I understand the delay in getting =he papers, however bill has started structuring his involvement and is anx=ous to tie this down. Do you think I can get the papers by Monday eveni=g?
