Jeffrey,
Eric is going to send you an email and inform you he doesn't have time to repair the passenger nose mount camera that you approved Sept 12,!
His excuse is, Jay had a Mis- communication from repair shop, they originally said $11,500 was for a replacement box that would fix the camera, the shop sent a full camera system that Eric doesn't have the time to install, plus he saying, more labor, engineering etc etc!
I told Eric and Jay this is another SCREW up and this camera was on the punch list from day one, when the GIV arrived 8 weeks ago.
