Eileen mentioned that you would prefer that the children use separate counsel from Leon to prepare their Wills. Since Ben will now be working at S&C, he may not want his estate planning done by J.B. Black. If that is the case, I would recommend you consider Jeffrey Schwartz at Davis Polk & Wardwell. I worked closely with Jeffrey when I was an associate at Davis Polk and we have been in a discussion group together for more than 10 years (he is a bit like E.F. Hutton--when Jeffrey speaks, the whole group listens). He is one of the smartest T&E lawyers you will ever meet (and I don't throw that compliment around lightly--he may even be sharper than Carlyn...) and has a nice, low key personality. He is also relatively young and so will be a better age fit for the kids. Please let me know if you would like me to make an introduction.
