Dr. Krauss,
My apology for attaching the incorrect email to my prior message. This thread has the correct public record request. As to your recent question, you will see that BuzzFeed is also asking about your individual funding. I have information from OKED. If you have additional information, can you please provide it to our office (E24) in addition to the funding information for The Origins Project. Thank you.

go slow
So you can see what I am up against.. If/when Buzzfeed does something about this case that has been discredited by now 2 universities (with clear misstatements in the claim that were later shown to be false), you suggest I simply do nothing? If not, please advise. Also, whether I should be proactive at all in terms of threat of legal action etc... Thanks for your help.
Exactly what=nancy said. So should I speak to the reporter?
W=at I find most important is that in original complaint it says a complaint=was lodged at the time with the conference organizers. Then in the final r=port it concludes no such complaint was lodged. Indicating a lie.
Thanks. Am pretty sure asu legal will not send anything. Their positio= is that legally they don't have to and this would undercut that. =C2*
I had thought of calling him and appearing surpri=ed by the request and asking what sexual misconduct was referenced as ther= is nothing at uni and then if he referenced this to sort of laugh and say= oh that was dismissed because it was clearly just a third party trying to=make trouble but it was shown to never have happened etc.
Then I thought maybe best to not do anything because if the= don't have access to the info and they are interested in a story =f how Ino responds to this stuff they might not have a story.
i can speak after 12 eastern. . it would be ni=e for him to see the anu report. do we know if he contacted th=m?
