I am forwarding you the encrypted email that Max sent to me that contains the trust accounts. I have not seen the accounts yet so I have asked my secretary to access them and print them for me. Please let me know if you have any difficulty accessing the encrypted materials. I would be happy to FedEx to you paper copies of the accounts as well.

Rich and I have had a couple of good discussions today surrounding the trusts and your rollover IRA and the associated financial concerns, and we are going to speak again on Monday. You have asked me to prepare a letter for your children regarding replacing the trustees, and I would like to wait to prepare that letter until after Rich and I have been able to speak and formulate a game plan and report back to you and get your approval. Rich and I are scheduled to speak again on Monday at 1:00 p.m. Is this all right with you?

On a final note, Rich tells me that you have moved to Arizona. Congratulations! Have you purchased a home? Please let me know your new address so that I can update my files and notify my firm’s accounting department.

I'm not sure whether the encrypted email that Max sent is tied to my email address. Rich Kahn had the same issue and requested that we fax the materials to him. Do you have a fax #? If not we will scan the materials into the system and send them to you and Noam via securemail from our system which is very simple to use. Please let us know.

Thanks for providing your and Noam's new address. Please let me know a convenient time for a call with you and Noam regarding the change of your domicile to Arizona for estate planning purposes. There are a number of issues I need to understand and I will explain everything when we speak. There are some technical tax issues relative to state estate taxes to review which impact your and Noam's estate planning. Are you available on Monday? I am available on Monday except between 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Eastern.

This is quite puzzling. It refers to distributions to and on behalf of me. I am unaware of any distributions to me, nor on behalf of me. And there is no indication of to whom the distributions were made and who might have authorized them.
Can we obtain a complete accounting of the trusts without any further delay?
