all the crescendo money went to DB with the exception of closing costs &nbs=;, restaurant money which went into escrow and 5 critical payables ( that =ad to be documented prior to closing) That was quid pro quo for DB allowing the Prfd , that they had to cont=ol the flow of funds as they always had done for last two years Without us consenting to their control they would not of allowed the p=acement to take place
