Dr. Ting bring his kids to house?

Below from Dr. Ting...please advise:

I'm so sorry but I made a mistake. I have to pickup my kids at 5pm today = not 6 pm.

Therefore, is Jeffrey available at 4 pm? If not, does he mind if I bring my 3 young kids with me when I come? They could sit and wait in the foyer.
