Jeffrey asked me to deal with you regarding invoicing and payment for =he project we are working on. I'm not sure if Jeffrey would like a c=rporate invoice or an itemized bill. I'm happy to prepare one,=but for now we will need at $75,000 USD retainer to cover the work & expenses to date and the remaining balance will be=retained for upcoming hours and continued work on the project.

Just for his reference is he's curious, the work & expenses up to =his point are about $35k-40k. A detailed invoice is available should you n=ed it for your records. The balance will be retained for the w=rk that is ongoing.

Hey Jeffrey,

I'm happy to prepare an itemized invoice for your accounting departmen= but would like to get the retainer payment done in advance of the paper w=rk if that's ok - I'm going to start sub contracting Michael Casey and ram=ing up the project to pull this together and the detailed accounting usually takes a week or two to follow=and I don't want to loose momentum.
