In April when he and ALAN sat and had breakfast and =as handed this info

Then in October

Then last week

And just today ALAN sent him back up info that ALAN and I reviewed so ALAN could add foot notes and line up - Line items with a narrative

See e-mail below from Steve. While Steve asked that I call you, I am growing more and more concerned about where this path is leading us. =t least, e-mails provide a record of what is communicated. There is a total breakdown in communication= between Steve and David. See below, where Steve notes the many times =e has given David the budgets that David is again requesting. As you=20 know, in response to David saying the lenders want a list of suppliers, Steve has asked for copies of the e-mail from the lender or its servicers requesting such list. The requested transmittal was not received. If it does not exist, just tell me.

Turning to the bigger issue; please give me your insights into how we (you and I) can build trust and cooperation between Steve and David. My experience is that when the principals focus on their differences, business fail.

I cant tell you how disappointed I was =o receive this , after all the time I have spent , moving a crazy sc=edule around in order to see you . in order to try to be helpful to =ne of my closest friends- YOU . there is still little i wouldn= do for you .
