Jeannine-Tom Pritzker's office

Jeannine at Tom Pritzker's office just called to let us know that upon checking out of the Hyatt Kiev, Jean Luc spoke with the General Manager and asked if he could have a permanent reduced rate with them...the General Mgr cannot honor such a request and Jeannine instructed the General Mgr to have Jean Luc call her if directly if he wanted more of an explanation.

Jeannine again reiterated they will always be happy to help you out with a room anywhere, anytime...

Jeannine just wanted to let us know in case Jean Luc said something to you, you would know where their office is with this request.
