Hey Karen,

Thanks for your time today. We will have a rough sketch for you by tomorrow. It was all pretty straight forward and very close to the plan. It seemed as though everyone has a solid handle on Lutron Ra. That will make this process easy.

As per the walk-through, I will add the two (2) plug-in dimming modules to the quote and make the adjustments to the parts list. I will forward that to your attention. We will put together our terms as well. Please let me know to whom and to where we forward that.

I will also work with my people to get you the fabric sample book you requested. Also, please let me know when the time comes to finalize fixtures.

I was contacted by Karen Chien and she mentioned that I should reach out to you regarding the Lutron system proposal and any invoices and payments that have been made to our firm, 318 Technology. Below is the email that was initially sent for the proposal and the invoice for the deposit, which was paid. From my understanding, our work is contracted directly with Peggy and not through Karen Chien. When we received payment it was a check from Peggy from what I can recall.

Our friend and business partner, Andy Nasser, recommended us to your project and Karen has been very helpful in providing all the information we need to provide a complete system. There were some changes that we learned of recently that we do need to supply an add-on request to the original scope of work. Let me know if you would like for me to send this along with the original budget.
