Deborah wants to talk you out of being aggressive with Max as she knows her bad behavior will come to light. So she would like to get you both on the phone to try to avoid conflict. It is a good goal, but she is watching out for herself rather than you. Max refused to make a tax distribution unless you showed him your underwear. WRONG. They made distributions directly to the grandchildren from the trust WRONG. They made a payment to treasury and not to you WRONG. Deborah knew about the refusal to pay taxes and did nothing WRONG.
