I spoke with Kirk Woford this morning and he did confirm that although George Scarborough has completed 3 or 4 aircraft transactions, he has apparently placed deposits on many more than that — and did not close on those.

I read the article you forwarded from Texas as well.

At this point, I think we are all in agreement that we should simply advise Mr. Scarborough that we are unable to complete this transaction with him. Kevin White will inform him this afternoon.

Otherwise, we will keep you advised as to our progress.

Please advise if you agree with Don Bass in regards to cancel this transaction with Scarborough?

(do we have anything to lose if we call the buyers bluff and see if he posts the 375k deposit?), I think he's going to flip the Boeing and doesn't plan to operate, is my opinion.

Pls advise if you agree with Bass to cancel?
