Well I came here in 1999 and financed noahmodels.com by having him scout 20 models at 3600$ a model for perfect 10 magazine. I was getting $7000 a shot. I went on to shoot 500 more models scouted by me all over russia so I have a network and team here for many years. I got the prices down to like 1200 a model for topless photos. I spoke to jeff epstein last summer about setting up something here last year and he was interested. Tigran and I had dinner two nights ago and he is still my friend but it was cheaper for me to branch out. I brought Tanya d and 12 of his models to meet jeff last summer but he didn't come to Ibiza. Jeff doesn't like tigran because of Anna Weidenko. Anyways I have a ton of wow girls let's make some $? Cliff

Nice to hear from you. I don't really look for a scout but we could speak about finding girls in Russia. it is not as easy than years ago but it is still possible. As you know NY is not an easy market to develop new girls. Let me know what you have in mind Best Jean luc
