Toy store wants deposit money sent to Insured Aircraft Title in Oklahoma for their discretion of disbursement of funds,.FYI is this OK ?

Jeffrey, I spoke with Darren tonight and he brings up a point regarding=the additional middle

seat in fwd divan.

Gary told Darren the Toy store wants the final 25% payment bef=re they will release the helicopter, the approval for middle seat belt=for fwd facing divan most likely will not be received wh=n interior is completed. If the Toy store does this modification in a=way that approval is not received, we would have paid in full for inter=or in order to put helicopter in service.

Do you want Darren to include verbiage for your protection? or=20 other option is delay acceptance until all approvals are obtained f=r your protection, Gary indicated to Darren they will not release the=20 helicopter if we hold the final 25 % payment to the Toy Store,
