The price would be $31,710.36 with sales tax and fees. The only fee that is not included in that price is registration, I won't know how much that will be until we put your info into the dmv computer. It is typically around $100 for a new 2 year reg.

located a car in Troy NY (about 2.5 hours from NYC) with out the door price of $31,710.36 i will try to negotiate further but best case $31,000
i showed jojo link and he was pleased with car and features..
shall i proceed? in 2017 or 2018? if so in NES LLC or Jojo name? should Jojo contribute 6k via salary reduction? or pass?
