Let me be very clear that I didn't say to frank that I would transfe= the E52250 at the end of the month. I told Frank that I would like to tran=fer the money (that I got after all the work I did for Elite) to your accou=t asap, so that I paid the pending loan and to dissolve the agreement, but = can and will only do that as soon as I have that possibility. This depends=on a transaction that needs to take place (hopefully short term) to sell re=l estate, meaning I'm depending on other people.

To dissolve the loan agreement, I still have to write a few things on paper.=I will discuss this with Frank and email it to you so you and I can sign it=and everything can be properly done and we don't owe each other any=ore. I also rather have it done sooner then later.

I will have my business manager in holland translate it this weekend and sen= it to you.

Because the divorce was done in the US and this was attached to it, it has t=e US law, so that should not be a problem.
