The stain containing "amylase and a mixture of dna from 3 additional unknown individuals" may be of special interest.. Amylase is an enzyme that breaks down starch in saliva. Unlike DNA, it would be undetectable after a heavy cleaning since it depends on the quantity of residue. If so, it might mean that the fellation involving 3 people other than DSK was very recent (even though presidential suite in not rented out all the time).
"A tube test may also be carried out if amylase is detected (using the Hadebas° Forensic Press test) in an area that exhibits other staining such as semen, blood or heavy vaginal deposits. The Tube test is used in two ways; qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative test relies in the observable colour difference between the positive test and a blank whereas the quantitative test makes use of absorbance spectrophotometry to exactly measure the ?-amylase activity."
