This is his charitable lab effort. Do you think he'd be interested in funding the Harvard work (with me!) on mitochondria transplant?
Organelle transplant is a big deal if we can get it right. Even if he just gets it right in heart attacks and strokes = super big deal.
Blood, organs, bone marrow...this is next.
McCully has 25 years experience and recently has proven his proof of concept. Just need a champion. BilIG probably not gonna be that champion.
