I could get a contract for him wi=h discounts and he could call them the day before and get a driver wheneve= he needs it, and keep that person for the day.

A full time team is possible (tho=e guys also provide fleets to corporations) but this could become (too exp=nsive), because French labour laws are strict, so you need to have relativ=ly frequent changes of staff.
