Happy New Year!

I talked to Eva about our St Tropez properties.

Vibeke and I have through the years collected 4 neighbouring properties in the best area of St Tropez, St Anne.

We have restructured these into four large estates lying just next to each other beautifully situated in the wines, close to the Chapelle St Anne, overlooking the Plage Pampelonne. One is a picturesque vineyard and has a new building permit of 4700 sqf.

The other has a large garden, a main house and guest house. They total about 3 hectares.

We are going to sell one of the two preferably to someone we know - Eva thought you might be interested?

I have enclosed some photos of the one and elements of the permit of the other - and a map.
