I am working on the business plan for FIVI and have some questions:

What is the product and or/services for revenue generation:

Business of FIVI: ?

Selling access to the gathered information; Performing data analysis and selling the results; Developing software for artificial intellect and licensing the product

and/or: business of investing by using the info obtained from data mining to invest in companies in the biomedical industry.

Is FIVI unique are there any competitors:

General:

What is the interrelationship btw biomedical and financial Infomatics in the preliminary due diligence. Biomedical related areas: 7 items listed; Financial Infomatics related areas: 1item listed.

Company Goals: ?

1. Data Acquisition: Location and establishment of a wide-ranging, all inclusive bio-medical data and information base to be maintained on servers in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

2. Predictive models: Development of enhanced predictive model using our comprehensive database to bridge the fields of data mining and bioinformatics with the goal of developing powerful data mining tools for biomedical data analysis. Development of data mining methods sensitive to the biomedical field's concerns of privacy preservation and non-perfect matches.

3. Application of financial genetic algorithms' to make targeted investments with in this field.

4. Generate revenue by developing, licensing and selling data knowledge and artificial intelligence(in what format).

Management and personnel:

Will FIVI be hiring employees to write the algorithms or will it be purchasing already written software programs.

Do you have a list of job titles in mind. Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Technology Integration, Chief Technology Officer, Network Engineer, Database Engineer, Accountant, and two administrative support staff.
