I have Big Lorn Sewage on LSJ right now doing the pump out of the sludge.

The mud and sludge is probably attributed to water conditions during the hurricanes.

The switch I'm referring to is the one next to the warehouse that the cover was built around. That cover is in violation as well.

hugo two questions:

a) how does this mud and sludge build up? should we be doing this quarterly? annually? -> is this hurricane related? an accumulation over years?

b) please expand on switch you are referring to below
