Fwd: The so called "mistakes"
We have various questions about the document you sent us (Income, Expense, and Transaction Summary).
I was wondering how the taxes for the Carol exempt and non-exempt marital trusts were paid in 2015 and in previous years. I am asking because I see that in in the document you sent us there are two deposits in 2015 from the marital trust (85,500 and 22,500) to our primary bank account at Bank of America, which we did not request or authorize and apparently were not made in previous years, and which appear to be for payment of taxes on the marital trust. So I would like to know why they came to us in 2016, apparently for the first time.
Another question has to do with the $123,000.00 in 2015, noted "to Valeria via check". Could you clarify how this sum was calculated?
I would also like to clarify that the expenses for Alex Apel should be listed as a gift to Harry Chomsky rather than as medical expenses under our account. That includes as well the payments under "Unknown Expenses" to Marsha Silverstein and Tina Guterman, both of them doctors who treated Alex, so these should be listed under gifts to Harry; and Easter Seals Bay Area, which is health insurance for Harry's family, presumably for Alex's health insurance.

Valeria, yes. It includes the new Form 8802 that you requested, and the updated draft schedule of cash flows. It includes correcting the amount of one payment of $7,000 to you that accidentally had an extra zero.

One of the so called "mistakes" I mentioned to you: a transfer of $7,000 to me that got an extra zero in Nick's report, as you can see from Nick's explanation below. And if you read to the end you will see Noam requesting for information that never came.
The impression I had is that they were playing a game and if we wouldn't catch the many "mistakes" they just would go on. Just an example why I don't trust Nick's reports.
We were by ourselves in all this. You can understand how relieved we are that Rich can help us.
