Current owners of our IP have sudde=ly decided they're going to win the apple appeal. & even if they d=n't, other cases downstream are even bigger (far bigger), & even i= they don't do that, the company itself will be worth money--bolt from=the blue!--so they want to be in charge of my & Eric's new activit= streams company or revived Mirror Worlds Tech; but for many reasons we wa=t to be independent--but we can't upset Plainfield--& so are enter=aining one of their potential investors at 10 this AM.

Doing this new-company stuff is a waste of my time--I do it badly, &= meanwhile am not doing other things I do well; just like grading this dam=ed pile of final papers (haven't even started). But for now I'v= got to do it. If we could just get funded & get to work
