Good morning Mr. Epstein,

I am writing you again because my house was leased out yesterday for 1 year. This is the sacrifice I must do to help my daughter in college and then in another year my son. I knew it would not take long as there are not too many 4 bedroom houses available for families out here. I have nowhere to go at this point and need to be out by mid-June. I am asking if I can move on Ranch in the red 2-story house. (In retrospect I wish I had taken Ms. Maxwell up on her offer when she came out for the day last fall)

If you don't feel this is a good time or situation then I will immediately begin my search for a place to lease out myself- that is more economical for me and my family.

I feel it would be beneficial to the operation of the Ranch if I were here. I spend so much time here that it would cut the drive and I could get way more done on a daily and weekly basis.

If you could let me know your answer in the next 2-3 days it would be greatly appreciated as I do not have much time.
