Fwd: Skyware / PCI Compliance

The PCI assessment identified a vulnerability point because credit card information entered at the property level into Skyware is done from a keyboard which is non-encrypted & vulnerable to being hacked.

Attached are the for the recommended device to gain compliance, it looks like the cost on them is about $175 each. My suggestion is 3 devices — front desk, GM office and accounting office.

Steve not sure but there are alot of vendors that have not been paid t=at are now having collection agencies reaching out to us.

We really need to manage our existing vendors for ourdaily hotel need= to be able to continue to run a hotel. We also have to be able to h=ve money for payroll as well.

We have alot of vendors that are ACH and they immediately take their m=ney
out of our account.

I know this is very important and we need this to be in compliance but=right now this needs to be put on hold until we can have the funds.=/p>
