Fee can include other smaller stuff no problem if you do another townhouse or a 3rd

understood I will be back in new york in 10 days. i think first i should find an architect. brian is nice but I need a serious firm, . he may be useful in the repair phase. and lets see what ideas he comes up with for the main compound wind . privacy. . his houses are a bit amateurish.

No problem on architect he can help with repairs we can find others for the bigger scope but I would help you with that process as well

I like everyone to get paid for their work. . and paid quickly. . I hesitate to enter into a long term agreement after only our first date. but i don't want anything for free. . for ex the steam room at 71, i want the color changed. .
