Just spoke to=a few colleagues who is also pushing for a salary increase. They said the =inal adjustments to salary and title changes will be made by the end of th= next week. So if I don't do it now then it won't happen..= I am already pushing for title change but I don't know how diplom=tically and correctly approach the salary thing. I can't just say:="

Hi guys, I know I got a funding of 100k f=r a year and getting paid less than a half of it?"

Also couldn't get hold of Adam ( our Vice President= who deals with this stuff) and he is leaving tonight to meet Terje in Dav=s for the WEF... so I don't think I will have the chance to talk..=

Would you be able to ask Terje If they can r=se my salary to 50-54k? The reason is because I think he doesn't •ow half of the story and comparing my salary as equal or below to ppl who =orks in external relations / event team. But I am External Relations and P=ogram assistant ( water diplomacy) and do research and writing so in compa=ison to other program assistants who was also recently hired, I get paid t=e peanuts (while there is no struggle with my funding). The salary for oth=r program assistants is 50.55 k per year.

Doe= it makes sense to you?
