There has been a lot of action lately in lakefronts. Moens sold Schur on 12= ft at yesterday for $12.375. Vecellio sold his mock Frenc= tudor on or $9.64. Pelican Lane is under contract for $9ish =nd 181 Clarendon was under for $10ish but fell apart this morning.

Also Schlesinger a closed at $16.8 but Richard Schlesinger i= saying the real price was $20 after backing out commissions and some furn=shings.

If you are at all interested I could approach McCann and find out who they =re before you decide. I do not want to even start down the path unless you=1339;d consider it.
