Baseboards: will be install=d Friday/Saturday. Sylvester began fabricating them and then told An=a that he needed another bit. Anna ordered it and it should be here =y Thursday/Friday.
VIVA- met with them (VIVA cont=actors) last week. They are insisting that we need to pay them $12K =o hook LSJ back up. I checked with friends inside VIVA and they are =elling me not to pay but I can't let the contractors know that we =re speaking. My next step is to talk to a friend at the PSC (Public =ervices Commission) and get a read on what he thinks. At any rate, V=YA is saying 30-45 days out from the time that we pay them. Do you w=nt me to continue to fight the $12K upfront fee?
