We are at 780 on =he line of credit. I have bought the apartment and paid cash. We have a ta= payment for NY year 2009 that has to be done. Can I use some of the li=e. I don't want the administration to start opening our case We wil= be at 750 at renewal time anyways. Let me know. Thank you jean Luc
