Hi Jeffrey

Nice to hear from you. I'm in Italy at the moment doing a detox retreat, been living on juice and supplements for the last week and am so ready for some food.

I'll be in Italy for another two weeks, Florence for 3 days, Rome for 4 days and 7 days at a farmhouse in Tuscany doing some cookery classes.

I'll skype you when I get back to London as I did not bring my laptop with me, I get my emails on my blackberry.
