The Day rate is ok if they are sending 3 mechanics the question is do they need 3 days

We have sourced the wood flooring material for the MBR, and specd waterproofing detail

We have sourced the palm trees and the transport and a way to plant them

We have been reviewing the clean up and maintenance Brice has been doing

We have been interviewing architects

I can list more stuff but this a quick summary
