it is the same range that the contractor gave us after looking at it for 10 minutes.. frankly, I have yet to see any value added to Russell involvement. we have generator guys coming at a super high rate. drawings done by want to be architect and no value added to date.. maybe we should just rehire when we are building. so far this makes little sense..

Jeffrey not sure who Richard is I'm the best out there and will save you tons of money and time The generators are still not working because no one has been able to fix and I know electricians have been there and I'm sure not for free These generator guys are the best and yes they are expensive but will fix the problem (by the way they still not have been released) The architect is not my architect and I stopped him working on the spa after I got that last plan because you said we were meeting another designer

Spa pricing will be much cheaper with me involved than some "contractor estimate"

I have not been told to give deposit for cat guys by Russell or Brice. Last I heard on Friday was price was crazy and we questioned if we needed 3 days...
