The change in elevation between the back of the main house and office pavilion is 3='-0". I've organized the journey down into a series of steps, lookout points, and retaining walls. A central open court connects the master suite steps, office steps and living room steps. The long open court links the master suite and office pavilion to the overall plan.

this idea is stillborn, the wind from the east would destroy every tree, there too much hardscape, large parking lot like terraces, it should be more natural ---I think, sea grape, ground cover.. no one sits on uncovered terraces try more walk ways stairs, etc. thanks
