It was ok. She is in so far over her head... It was disheartening toda= to see how she surrounds herself with individuals who can barely speak En=lish so she does not feel threatened.

met with faith, liza and allan f=om 2:30-6pm
faith gave overview of 20 individuals in ac=ounting and HR..
list had asians, russians and a few americans a=d met with about 7-8 individuals on list
some of these emp=oyees have been with Next 27-28 years and earn 44,000 or 50,000
when Milli= earns 500k++

work very siloed and appears that Millie does noth=ng other than pretend to be figure
she gave allan answers=to some questions and came off to Allan as she knew what was
very scary how she surrounded herself with total sub=ervient people so that she would
<=iv>there are 3-4 people who can assist new hire so that transition would n=t be so
entire staff of 20 should be replaced with 2-= strong people and keep 3-5 of existing
s=ary how much money is being left on table with inadequate accounting finan=e
department...

Not sure how her salary was ever determined=but it appears faith and Joel have no clue what goes on in accounting depa=tment.
