It was ok. She is in so far over her head... It was disheartening today to see how she surrounds herself with individuals who can barely speak English so she does not feel threatened.

met with faith, liza and allan from 2:30-6pm
faith gave overview of 20 individuals in accounting and HR.. list had asians, russians and a few americans and met with about 7-8 individuals on list some of these employees have been with Next 27-28 years and earn 44,000 or 50,000 when Millie earns

work very siloed and appears that Millie does nothing other than pretend to be figure head.. she gave allan answers to some questions and came off to Allan as she knew what was going on but was
total BS
very scary how she surrounded herself with total subservient people so that she would never be
threatened
there are 3-4 people who can assist new hire so that transition would not be so terrible.. entire staff of 20 should be replaced with 2-3 strong people and keep 3-5 of existing staff..
scary how much money is being left on table with inadequate accounting finance department...
