list had asians, russians =nd a few americans and met with about 7.8 individuals on list <=iv>some of these employees have been with Next 27-28 years and earn 44,000=or 50,000 when Millie earns 500k++ work very siloed and appears =hat Millie does nothing other than pretend to be figure head..

s=e gave allan answers to some questions and came off to Allan as she knew w=at was going on but was total BS very scary how she surrounded h=rself with total subservient people so that she would never be threatened<=div>

there are 3-4 people who can assist new hire so th=t transition would not be so terrible.. entire staff of 20 shoul= be replaced with 2-3 strong people and keep 3.5 of existing staff.. =div>

scary how much money is being left on table with inadeq=ate accounting finance department...
