agree with russell that this quote should be 35.50% of what blue water bid..

do we have any other bids? how about quality, lets expand the build to 20 by 20 no reason to skimp. I want to start. I want to purchase equipment. and get going. we are falling way behind, and so far russell is no help frankly.
