There are two PVSA 2017 bonds:
5.25% coupon is trading at 77% yielding about 11.%
8.50% coupon is trading at about 88% yielding about 12.20%.
The 8.50% coupon I like. Its a big issue (56BiIlion) so it has liquidity. The 5.25% is shi=.
