No surprises here.

The outstanding issue I see here has to do the Megger test (insulation test). It should be tested BEFORE, any work is done to the generator end windings.

A subsequent test, after the work is done, will then let us know if this cleaning did any HARM to the operational function of the units during the cleaning, in a before and after factual test. It will eliminate any he said he said and finger pointing.

Thats my opinion of the report.
