Cris says they require 48 hours notice (so we could arrange it this morning) and she must give them (not keep to herself) the name and qualifications of who will be coming. Shall we go ahead? Will others be coming along?

I spoke to Cris and she has tried but she is dealing with a property manager whose staff is away for the weekend. He told her the house is in disarray. She will set it for anytime beginning Tuesday afternoon or any day later in the month.

She apologizes.

I had a long chat with her. Evidently Celine now also has a medical problem of her own and is not planning to come back to the house. This is in addition to his serious illness.

Cris thinks the place is spectacular: private, spacious, many separate guest spaces well separated, 415 feet of direct oceanfront, 5 acres.
