FYIM apparently changed her ticket with Turkish Air at somepoint =o now the ticket is under Turkish Air control and not Amex control. =he only way to get the money back is for to go to a Turkish Air =ffice with her ticket and request the refund of 467 Euros. It cannot =o back on your card.
Do you want me to tell | this so she can get the money for herself?
